Introducing our Postpartum Yoni Steam, a gentle and restorative blend crafted to support healing and rejuvenation after childbirth. This nurturing steam features the soothing and restorative properties of Motherwort, Rosemary, Calendula, and Rose. Each herb is carefully selected to promote healing, balance, and relaxation, helping you restore harmony to your body and embrace the natural recovery process during the postpartum period.
 
 
1. Preparation:
    - Boil 4-6 cups of water and pour it into a heat-safe bowl.
    - Add the Fertility Yoni Steam blend (loose or in a muslin bag) to the hot water.
    - Let the herbs steep for 5-10 minutes, allowing the steam to cool slightly.
 
2. Set Up:
    - Place the bowl under a yoni steam stool, chair with a slotted seat, or in a comfortable area where you can kneel or sit over the steam.
    - Ensure you’re in a quiet, relaxed space where you can sit comfortably
 
3. Steam:
    - Remove any clothing from the waist down and drape a blanket or large towel around your waist and down to the floor to trap the steam.
    - Carefully position yourself over the steaming bowl, ensuring the steam is reaching your vaginal area.
    - Relax and allow the steam to gently warm and soothe you.
 
4. Duration:
    - Steam for 20 minutes, but no longer than 30 minutes to avoid overheating.
    - Listen to your body, and if you feel any discomfort, stop the steam immediately.
 
5. Aftercare:
    - Once finished, gently dry the area if needed.
    - Take a moment to relax and enjoy the sense of well-being from the steam.
    - Hydrate with water or herbal tea, and rest as needed.
